"Isla would strongly resist going to bed, then when in bed she could take up to 2 hours to fall asleep. Isla has ADHD, so she has a very active brain and can be very stubborn and reluctant to accept any advice from mum. With Jade stepping into help with support and new idea's for unwinding the mind and relaxing the mind and body before bed, also taking away the negative association over trying to get to sleep, Isla's pre bed and sleep routine has greatly improved, she is now in a nice routine, and only once in the past couple of month's has really struggled getting to sleep. Isla felt it was an information overload to start with and found it overwhelming, so I would recommend taking it slowly and trying things one thing at a time over the first couple of weeks, but once we got our head round all the information and added the changes, getting to sleep really improved, thanks to Jade and her wisdom. Jade provided great information and sleep tools for the whole family to use throughout life. It was great working with her."

About Jade Sleep Nanny

Jade Zammit is a mother of two, with her own stories and experiences to share.  In 2021, she went through intensive study and is a fully qualified professional in Infant & Child Sleep. She has built her business from the ground up, working with over 190+ families on a 1-1 support basis.
 

Jade is passionate about gentle and effective sleep training solutions, looking at sleep holistically and working with the little one's personalities and traits to get the best results. 
After spending years working with alerted toddlers, as well as with first hand experiences of sleep and ADHD, Jade then qualified in Child Sleep & ADHD back in 2023.

If you are looking for Jade, you will usually find her in the morning with a coffee in hand, exercising or running around with her two children. She also loves to visit new places, and making memories through travel.
